JNCO Course
On the 18th and 19th February, the squadron held a JNCO course to develop the leadership skills of cadets. Many aspects of leader ship where covered during the course this included, qualities of a leader, giving a brief, drill instruction, functions of a leader and many practical skills amongst others.
All the cadets who attended passed with Cdt Norton getting best cadet for the weekend.
Everyone involved in the course enjoyed themselves and learnt many new skills in helping develop themselves as NCO's.
