- Staff members can give Cadets points in increments of 10s and flight competitions in 50s through the Flight Coordinator Sgt Norton.
- Cadet SNCOs can give Cadets points in increments of 10s and flight competitions in 50s through Deputy Flight Coordination FS Lightfoot and counter-checked by Flight Coordinator Sgt Norton.
- Staff and Cadet SNCOs can request points deduction through the Flight Coordinator and Squadron Officers but it must be counter checked by OC Squadron.
